PSA for all y’all asexual exclusionists out there. Asexuality is inherently queer. Deal with it. And while you’re at it support bisexuals, pansexuals, polysexuals, aromantic people, intersex ppl, trans people and non binary people y’all frequently forget us.

Mate, I appreciate the effort, but this means literally nothing to me. You can be straight and ace. Straight means hetero, be it heteromantic or heterosexual. Being ace isn’t queer, and that really isn’t the best argument for me either because I detest being called ‘queer’. It’s a literal slur, my dude. Tons of LGBT people don’t want to be called ‘queer’

I’m not being discriminatory.

I’m not using TERF logic.

I’m not upholding ‘heteronormativity’

I have no hate for anyone because of their sexuality or lack of it.

This means nothing to me.

Asexual is little to no sexual attraction. Heterosexuality means sexual attraction. Definitions, please. I don’t think you’re a terf, or discriminatory, nor are you upholding heteronormativity but I can’t explain to you well myself that asexuality is different. Try to see where I’m coming from. Try to look into why this means nothing to you. I’m sorry I can’t say this any better or any more respectfully. I don’t know if I have anything more to say

It’s okay, it happens to the best of us. But honestly, some of your arguments come off as a little insulting and have some insinuations about me as a person that rub me the wrong way.

Asexual is no romantic attraction.

Straight is being attracted to the opposite gender.

Straight is equivocal to heterosexuality and/or heteroromanticism in the English language. Ask anyone with a decent grasp of it. You don’t need a dictionary definition because everyone knows that those are the definitions.

I’m trying to see where your coming from, but it makes no sense one way or the other. Your reasoning is illogical and doesn’t hold up at all.
